Hello world, I'm here to join the ranks of the million plus blogs devoted to a love of food.


Maybe you're asking why or, more likely, why bother? Well, it's simple to me - I've pretty much always been a foodie. There was never a big turning point in my life. At 2, I was sitting at the bar and slurping down oysters with my dad and I've been cooking and baking for pretty much as long as I can remember. During my freshman year in college, I decided to put this passion for eating to the test with an internship at Union Square Cafe, which only served to intensify it. Now, I'm heading in to my senior year and just finished another internship at North in Armonk, NY and am looking for a place in the restaurant industry next year.


This will just be another way for me to share the things I love with the world - from food to cooking to soccer to other random things that just happen to pop up along the way. I hope you'll enjoy the ride as much as I will.
